Mr. Michener joined Reinert Weishaar & Associates in the fall of 2005 following graduation from St. Louis University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Rice University, and his Master of Science degree in journalism from the University of Illinois. From 1997 through 2001, Mr. Michener was a copy editor for Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine in Washington, D.C.
In his practice, Mr. Michener represents a range of clients from individuals to large corporations in construction, real estate, and surety matters. He is editor for the Eighth Circuit report for the Defense Research Institute's Daubert Online newsletter.
